Who we are

This website is operated by BAM JAVAHER, registered as Javaher Kavir Bam Maham (registration number 2227). ALIREZA DATES is our export brand. Address: Pamchal Boulevard, Bam, Kerman Province, Iran. For any question or request about your personal data, email info@alirezadates.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you enter in our enquiry forms:

• Your contact details: name, company, company type, country or city, email and phone.
• Details of your request: varieties, grade, packaging, quantity, order frequency and destination.
• A delivery address, if you request samples.
• Your message.

To stop abuse, the form keeps a one-way code derived from your IP address for 10 minutes. Your IP address is not stored with your enquiry. Our system suggests an internal priority for each request from the quantity you choose; a person reviews every request.

Why we use it

• To answer your enquiry, prepare quotations and, if you ask, send samples.
• To keep a record of our business communication with you.
• To protect our forms against spam and abuse.

We use your data to take the steps you ask for before a possible contract, and in our legitimate interest in running our export business (for visitors in the EU/EEA: Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). When you tick the box on a form, you confirm that we may process your data to respond to your request.

Who receives it

• Our sales and export team, who answer your request.
• Our hosting provider, which stores the website and its data on servers in Germany.
• If you request samples: the courier that delivers them (name, company, phone and delivery address).

We do not sell your data or share it for marketing. Our team works in Iran, so your enquiry is accessed from Iran, a country outside the EU/EEA. We do this because it is needed to respond to your request.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you. If you become a customer, we keep the records we need for the business relationship and for our legal, tax and export obligations.

Cookies

We use no advertising or tracking cookies, and the site loads nothing from other services: fonts and images come from our own server. Two small technical cookies are used:

• pll_language remembers whether you are viewing the English or the Persian site. It is kept for up to one year.
• ad_lead_evt is set for two minutes after you send a form, so the thank-you page can record that a request was sent. It holds the form type and the options you chose, never your name or contact details.

If you contact us through WhatsApp, Telegram or Instagram, the privacy policies of those services also apply.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its use, or to send it to you in a portable format. Email info@alirezadates.com; we reply within one month. If you are in the EU/EEA, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

We update this page when the way we handle data changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
