Importing Dates from Iran: A Step-by-Step Guide for Buyers

Iran’s main export varieties differ in moisture, texture and taste. We supply three:

• Mazafati: Fresh soft date (Rutab); soft and moist, rich caramel sweetness. From our own orchards in Bam, Kerman Province.
• Piarom: Semi-dry; firm and chewy, caramel-like sweetness. From selected growers in Hajiabad, Hormozgan Province.
• Rabbi: Semi-dry; firm, balanced sweetness. From selected growers in Sistan and Baluchestan Province.

Dates are harvested in September and October. They are then stored in cold storage, so all three varieties are available year-round. If you need new-crop dates, say so in your enquiry.

We grade our dates into two classes: Premium (Grade 1) and Grade 2. Grade availability for each variety is confirmed with the quotation.

2. Samples: our export team confirms sample availability and shipping terms for your request.
3. Quotation: specifications, lead time and delivery terms are confirmed with each quotation. Orders are by tonnage.
4. Contract: Payment terms agreed with each contract.
5. Shipment: We handle delivery terms ourselves and arrange the export documents your destination requires.
